Valentines Day

Happy belated Valentines day!

Here is the card the girls sent out to their Grandparents. It was fun to create :)

Getting a picture of Leah smiling is getting to be quite the task. Just within the last few days she is starting to cooperate with a big "Cheese"!

These two have so much fun together.

My favorite is when they snuggle on the couch together watching a show. Jenna continues to get the biggest laughs out of Leah. I love watching there relationship grow.

Alright, I am caught up on the blogging for now. This month will be a busy one for us, so hopefully there will be more posts to come :)

Frosty Friend

January brought us enough snow to build a snowman and an ice storm to give us a whole week off of school!

Here is the snowman Chad and Jenna built. He is complete with a "Dish" hat, rock eyes and mouth, orange chalk nose and towel for a scarf. I love the creativity :)

These are the trees and plants around our house after the freezing rain, ice and snow.

We also got to enjoy a few days without power. So grateful for our gas fireplace and gas stovetop that helped ease a few burdens!

Christmas Highlights

Yes, it's really happening I am updating our blog!!

Picking up where I left off. Here are a few highlights from Christmas.

Santa brought Leah her own stuffed dog. She is rarely seen without her "doe-gy". It is now her favorite sleeping buddy :)

Santa brought Jenna the doll she was wanting, matching glasses and all!

We spent the second half of the Winter break in Spokane with my family.

One of the highlights was our girls lunch. Here I am with my Mom and Grandma.

And all my sisters!! We had a wonderful time!
